Licensed Architect / Project Manager

We are seeking a licensed Architect Project Manager to lead and coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and project management, demonstrating expertise in various design software and construction processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

• Duties
• Oversee all phases of residential and hospitality architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with internal team, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and / or Bluebeam for drafting and design tasks. Our office primarily utilizes Revit.
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to ensure financial feasibility of projects.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead business development efforts to secure new projects and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate renovation and interior design efforts as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for multi-state & jurisdiction projects
• Skills
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques.
• Experience with architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching.
• Strong time and negotiation skills for contract management and vendor relations.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices and budgeting principles.
• Familiarity with construction management processes and renovation techniques.
• Ability to draft and redline detailed architectural plans while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results under pressure.
