Key Responsibilities
Manage and renew the subscription base while ensuring timely customer renewals
Collaborate with sales teams to drive renewal rates and present renewal proposals
Track and update renewal forecasts and manage relevant data within Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
Experience with negotiation and managing customer contracts
Strong organizational and time management skills
