Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with at least 3 years' experience and active BLS for an acute care night shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in an acute care setting on the Radiation Therapy unit
  • Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 7p-7a, with work every third weekend
  • Assignment duration is 8 weeks
  • Utilizes EPIC as the electronic medical record system
  • Basic electronic medical record documentation skills required
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
  • No specific trauma level is indicated
  • No radius rule applies; local rates are available for clinicians with a permanent address within 50 miles
  • 12-hour orientation provided at start of assignment
  • First-time travelers are encouraged to apply if qualified

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist
  • Active BLS certification required
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • All required licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
  • Submission of recent supervisor and peer or supervisor references is required
  • Copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted
