Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities :

• Maintain assigned Producers’ current book of business and market new business.
• Handle renewals and new business quoting.
• Review Expiration Lists.
• Market to insurance carriers.
• Consistently verifying Applied Epic is updated / cleaned up.
• Maintain client relations by aiding client questions.
• Prepare Proposals and Summaries of Insurance.
• Update Renewals Manager.
• Handle higher lever change requests.
• Handle higher level Certificates of Insurance.
• Review and update activity list daily.
• Delegate tasks when appropriate to CSR’s.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise, answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (Hybrid Work Schedule)
