What You've Accomplished

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or comparable experience in lieu of degree.

At least 2 years of directly related experience in proposal development, estimating, engineering, or business development.

Business and / or technical expertise in a related technical or professional capacity.

Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.

Knowledge of the sales process and associated tools (i.e., SPEAK).

Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
