We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit in Byram, MS, offering $1,723 / week.\n

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing post-operative recovery.\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n
• Assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety at all times.\n
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery processes.\n
