Your new role

As a Project Manager, youll be the #2 lead on a major multifamily development site, learning the systems and processes while managing the full lifecycle of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Youll be responsible for estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring quality and safety on-site. This is a boots-on-the-ground role with no remote work, requiring travel between Bowie, Middle River / White Marsh and West Baltimore.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of construction experience, ideally with a large General Contractor
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Multifamily experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelors degree preferred (Civil Engineering or similar ideal); exceptional candidates without a degree will be considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to commute to all three project locations
• Due to the nature of the project, candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
