About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist / Clienttion Therapist

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Physical Therapy preferred

License : Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license in good standing

Certifications : Current, valid Basic Life Support credential (BLS) or must obtain within the first 60 days of hire

Must-Have :

Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Previous Physical Therapy experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting

Description :

Performs patient evaluations.

Determines functional and attainable goals.

Develops and implements appropriate treatment plans.

Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment accordingly.

Provides education to patients and caregivers.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to elicit appropriate patient participation.

Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy, and a professional attitude.
