We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at both the luxury Historic Buxton Crescent Hotel and the quaint Old Hall Hotel. The Restaurant Manager will aim to exceed guests' expectations by providing warm, professional, and efficient 5-star service in the Restaurants & Bars of both hotels.
Overview of the role
- Ensure 5-star service for all guests in the Restaurants, including preparation, team briefing, and managing service to surpass guest expectations.
- Support the team in serving food and drinks in the Restaurants and Bars, offering table service where needed.
- Handle guest comments or complaints, and revisit training and processes to continually improve standards.
- Maintain excellent and consistent restaurant standards for guests at all times.
- Ensure all team members are on shift punctually and in proper uniform.
- Organize the team on duty, including break allocation and responsibilities.
- Manage stock ordering and requisition daily to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
