The Office of the Attorney General is seeking an Assistant Attorney General to work in the Criminal Appeals Unit in Tallahassee, Florida.

The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Position Summary :
This position requires a degree of Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities :
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following :
Handles extraordinary writs in the state and federal courts where appropriate.
Handles any other special assignments or duties assigned by the Bureau Chief, including civil litigation, special projects, post-conviction litigation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association and membership of the Florida Bar.
Pay and Benefits : $77,219.22 Annually
