Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Seth Crow State Farm. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Aggressive commission / bonus structure (average production has earnings potential of $50,000 / year plus the salary)
  • Matching 401(k) Plan
  • Short-term Disability Benefit and basic life insurance provided after 90 days (must qualify)
  • Paid time off (PTO) 96 hours / year initially (vacation and personal / sick days)

    • Requirements

  • Property, Casualty, Surety and Marine Insurance license for South Carolina (other states available)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
