Nursing Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Delivers high-quality patient care, with a focus on short- and long-term goals.

Makes informed decisions regarding patient assignments and delegation of tasks to other healthcare providers.

Administers medications and treatments, monitors side effects, and documents patient history and treatment provided.

Educational Requirements and Work Experience :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)

One year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred)

Licenses, Certifications, and Training :

BLS certification required

RN License in the state of employment or compact
