Project Manager (Digital Accessibility)

Job title : Project Manager (Digital Accessibility) Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite) Detailed description / responsibilities : 12-16 years of Delivery, Accessibility Experience or Service Engineering / Technical / Product Support. Strong Technical Leader with good grasp of Technical Support SLAs (MTTR, MTTE, CSAT) Operational Excellence. Experience of working as Technical support Engineer in a 24 / 7 Global Support environment for minimum 5 Years. Ability to plan and execute capacity ramp ups without disruption in SLAs. Exposure in managing 24 / 7 support projects covering global user base with teams size of up to 80 to 100 Members. Passion for Automation and thought process to think beyond metrics and provide value to customer. He or She should not hesitate to go deep and make hands dirty to troubleshoot and guide team in resolving technical blockers. Exposure to SQL query language, Advanced Excel, PowerBI and Tier3, Tier2 technical Support is an added advantage. Good working experience on customer / stakeholder management, team building and conflict resolution. Optional - Deeper knowledge in Ads Campaign Management, Product Ads, Delivery, Accounts and Billing as well as Analytics & API Non - Technical Requirement : English language skills including strong verbal and written communication skills required for all levels of stakeholders management and getting the point of view through. Well organized, Attention to detail, Commitment to quality Customer obsession and escalation and stake holder management a must. Problem solving skills Work well independently, ability to manage one's time Team player. Strong cross and group collaboration and interpersonal skills Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. HCLTech is not the employer for this role.
