Plans, directs and supervises team members in the day to day operations within various aspects of the digital shopping experience. Serves as the mentor and coach for all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, efficiency and accuracy while ensuring customer needs are met. Maintains digital operations with a focus on prime shopping hours, product selection and delivery in line with company standards
What You'll be Doing :
- Responsible for coaching and training the team on completing selecting and consolidating duties
- Responsible for coaching the team to follow routines and processes so that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly, and they receive everything they ordered on time
- Responsible to ensure that the team accurately picks the targeted items per hour
- Demonstrates the Meijer Friendly Initiative in all conversations and interactions
- Documents and applies disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge
- Ensure that Pickers, Consolidators, Collectors, & Marshall Team Member's schedules are up-to-date and accurate and that all shifts are covered
- Responsible to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded and the area is maintained to Meijer standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Responsible for auditing the team on outlined efficiencies and providing necessary feedback or in-the-moment coaching
- Work with the store team to ensure customers receive exactly what they order, on time, with great quality and freshness

What You Bring with You (Qualifications) :
High school diploma or its equivalent required2-3 years of related retail experienceOne year of management experienceOne year of Digital experienceKnowledge and experience in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce, and deli is helpful.Demonstrated ability to communicate in a way that provides clear and precise directionDemonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use that information to make informed decisionsDemonstrated ability to resolve issuesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasksDemonstrated ability to work safely at all timesSuccessful completion of all required certifications.
