job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHandle customer inquiries and order processing Source parts and equipment as needed Review and assess vendor quotes Oversee supplier relationships and inventory levels Research and resolve customer concerns Confirm proposal accuracy and completeness Monitor deliveries and provide updates on order status Keep thorough records for all customer accounts Identify potential sales leads and support business development efforts with the sales team 401k + match Medical Package – Health, Dental, Vision, etc. PTO / Holidays Bonus Incentives Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe
Salary : $80-95K
