Locums Emergency Medicine MD / DO Opening in Northern Minnesota Located in Thief River Falls, MN - 112 miles from FargoStart Date : ASAPHours : 8A-9P or 7P-8AAssignment : OngoingJob Details :

• Annual ER volume 8,000 and growing
• EMR is EPIC
• Facility is Level 4 trauma
• Typical timeline for credentialing is 90 days
• Support Staff / Services : In house Hospitalist always staffed.
• Hospitalists are responsible for admissions, one call for e-backup available, Amwell for Neuro consults, Peds provider and general surgeon on call 24 / 7 Radiology in house 7am - 11pm (on call with20-minute response time from 11pm - 7am)
• Second Coverage : 11A-9P on weekends and holidaysJob Requirements :
• Life Certifications needed : ACLS, ATLS or CALS w / trauma module (waive for ABEM and can demonstrate having at one time)
• Must have MN License at time of submission
• COVID-19 vaccination required
