Audit Manager - Capital Markets

A company is looking for an Audit Manager - Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the completion of the annual audit plan and manage audits across various capital markets activities

Lead and provide oversight on complex reviews, investigations, and ad hoc projects while ensuring compliance with internal standards

Coach and develop team members and contribute to the team's risk intelligence process and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Master's Degree (preferred)

10+ years of audit or related experience (preferred)

Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to asset management, including SEC, DOL, and ERISA requirements

Understanding of wealth management, trust and estate planning, investment management, and fiduciary services (preferred)

Exhibit foundational understanding of product skills and regulatory concepts
