Team Lead @ US Tech Solutions | Leading Recruitment Strategies

Duration : 11 Months

Job Description :

  • Senior Marketing Producer to lead and execute high-impact video marketing initiatives. This role will manage end-to-end production, oversee creative and localization processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external teams.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Leadership :

  • Build, manage, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners including Regional Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and Business Affairs teams.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and projects meet business objectives, timing, and budget requirements.

    • Video Production Management :

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of video marketing projects—from concept to delivery.
  • Partner closely with external agencies and production vendors to produce and localize high-quality video assets.
  • Anticipate potential risks or production challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

    • Communication & Project Tracking :

  • Provide clear, consistent updates to cross-functional leads on project progress, priorities, and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of schedules, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.

    • Experience (Mandatory) :

  • Experience in marketing production, with a strong emphasis on video content creation and cross-functional project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale campaigns simultaneously from strategy to execution.
  • Proven experience working closely with creative, media, and localization teams to deliver high-quality, globally relevant content.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and performance marketing content requirements.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, vendor contracts, and production budgets.
  • Proven success managing large-scale video campaigns and vendor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand alignment, and creative execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing localization workflows is a plus.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
