SUMMARY

Triveni Bio is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Research Associate to join our Translational Research team. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of preclinical research by performing hands-on benchwork focused on sample processing and analysis. Your efforts will help bridge foundational biological insights with real-world clinical applications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge therapeutic development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design, planning, and execution of preclinical pharmacology studies.
• Perform hands-on benchwork, including animal tissue sample processing for protein and RNA extraction, followed by downstream molecular analyses.
• Independently develop, execute, and troubleshoot ex vivo and molecular biology assays such as ELISA, Western blotting, MSD, cell-based fluorescence / luminescence assays, and biochemical / enzymatic assays.
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data in team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research initiatives and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental protocols and data in accordance with company policies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Salary : $98,000 - $105,000 a year
