Are you an experienced caregiver that enjoys helping individuals in multiple communities? Do you enjoy working in a new environment each shift or helping out where you are needed the most? If that is true for you then becoming a floating caregiver sounds like the perfect opportunity! As a floating caregiver you will be able to work in all of our group homes across Prairie du Chien, Wi. and provide support to all of our individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with supported individuals
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed
• Support individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Escort supported individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
