The Master Data Coordinator oversees data entry for critical information in new and existing systems. Responsibilities include establishing guidelines, assessing data issues, and implementing improvements. The role involves working cross-functionally to optimize master data practices, supporting reporting and dashboards, and ensuring data quality and security.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in master data, data management, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of data quality principles, metadata management, and MDM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data entry guidelines.
  • Train staff on data entry best practices.
  • Coordinate data entry processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with departments on reporting needs.
  • Monitor data accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data quality initiatives.
  • Support data security and confidentiality.
  • Promote data literacy and culture.

    • This position offers a full-time schedule, with work hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with possible flexibility. Travel is minimal (0-10%).
