The role we are seeking is a strategic and visionary enterprise-minded Senior Director OPEX to lead and transform all aspects of OPEX management and governance across the Enterprise business organization. This role is responsible for architecting a scalable, standardized support model that drives operational excellence, transparency, and alignment with long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strong business partner and a trusted advisor. Adept at influencing senior stakeholders, leading large global teams, and redefining how Finance partners with the business through advanced analytics, process innovation, and strategic foresight. Experience in sales, product marketing, operations, and telecom is highly valued.

The Main Responsibilities

• Enterprise OPEX Governance & Strategic Management

Provide executive oversight of OPEX across the global Enterprise business.

Architect and implement enterprise-wide SOPs to drive operational excellence.

Lead, inspire, and develop a geographically distributed team (15+) across the US, Poland, and other regions.

Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to C-suite and senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Drive adoption and optimization of advanced analytics, ERP, and planning tools for enterprise reporting and decision support.

Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges $171,447 - $228,596 in these states : AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $180,020 - $240,026 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $188,592 - $251,456 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
