Job Description

Manage end-to-end property-related projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively. Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and company standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Lead project meetings and foster a collaborative environment among team members. Prepare and present project reports to senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :
