Service Dispatcher - $22-$30 / hour + Outstanding Benefits

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM

We're currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to be the central point of communication between our office, field technicians, and valued customers. If you're a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for customer service and a knack for organization, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do :

Coordinate and dispatch technicians to jobs efficiently

Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and clarity

Manage schedules and logistics using dispatch software

Collaborate with the sales team, technicians, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly

Stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively throughout the day

What You Bring :

2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience (trades experience highly preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

Experience in a fast-paced office environment and multi-line phone systems
