Key Responsibilities
Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
Provide consultation on client travel policies and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry and suggest improvements to operational processes
Required Qualifications
Experience as a travel agent
Relevant skills in GDS Sabre
Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Understanding of travel regulations, such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
