About the Job : We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our medical practice.

What You'll Do :

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Manage patient check-in / check-out and collect co-pays
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and office operations
