JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Senior Service Design Strategist who is passionate about creating innovative services and experiences for diverse users. The ideal candidate will adeptly synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, collaboratively create frameworks and artifacts, and effectively communicate research findings and design ideas. This role requires a shift from a product to a service / platform mindset, driven by a customer-obsessed, design thinking approach.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design services and experiences tailored to user needs.
- Analyze and synthesize data to inform design decisions and iterations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop frameworks, host workshops, and align on strategy.
- Visualize and communicate experience maps, user journeys, and prototypes.
- Present research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed design proposals both verbally and visually.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Industry Experience Required :
Relevant experience in Service Design or a closely related field is required, as is a graduate-level degree in MDes, MA or MFA Service Design, MS Design, or equivalent experience.
