Facilities Supply Coordinator
Salary Range $36,000 - $45,000
Job Description :
Role Summary : Reviews and monitors materials and supplies and completes inventory control for all hand facility supplies.
Role Description : Depending on your assigned department, you are responsible for :
- Monitor and fill in house supplies requests as directed within the PADC Supply / procurement process.
- Complete Inventory / Cycle count for all On Hand facility supplies.
- Monitor and report on request history by department.
- Properly receive and itemize inbound supplies.
- Review housekeeping supply needs each week
- Maintain facility 5S compliance within the facility supply program.
- Enlist the help of, and give direction to other associates when help is needed with the supplies work load.
- Coordinate with Procurement Lead on special duties or assignments required of the supplies teams.
- Must be able to operate powered equipment.
- Perform other work related duties as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications :
