JOB OVERVIEW Job Title : Physician Physiatry (Outpatient) Job Type : Locum Tenens Location : South Burlington, VT Service Setting : Outpatient Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Coverage Type : Clinical Only Coverage Period : November 3, 2025 May 31, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule : Two full-day clinic sessions per week, three weeks per month (8a5p) PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics : Adults with spasticity conditions Patient Volume / Census : Full clinic schedule (TBD per session) Case Mix : Spasticity management with botox treatment FACILITY INFORMATION Service Focus : Outpatient management of spasticity Support Staff Available : RN and MA support for clinic-based activities Reason for Coverage : Supplemental Coverage EMR System : Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : TBD REQUIRED PROCEDURES Botox administration for spasticity management JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses : Active Vermont state medical license (or ability to obtain) Board : Board Certified in appropriate specialty (Physiatry, Neurology, or Anesthesiology) Certifications : BLS Experience : Demonstrated experience in managing spasticity patients with botox Other Qualifications : Able to work independently without supervision
