Sleep Medicine Opening in Mason City, Iowa Located in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo, IA Position Details : - Full-time, permanent position- BC / BE Sleep fellowship required- Works closely with ENT dept. This physician will monitor inspire and complete sleep reads- 20% of practice is INSPIRE monitoring- Outpatient w / outreach- No call- Hospital recruitment incentives- Practice already set up and ready to take over once current sleep physician retires. - Will have autonomy over the practice.- 14-county referral base with 250,000 population draw area. - Local hospital has physician staffed ED & hospitalist services. - The physicians and staff are committed to providing patient care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for the treatment of cardiovascular disease and the promotion of good health. - Regional referral area with full depth of medical specialty services available. Medical educational teaching opportunities through multiple programs including cardiology fellowship program. Hospital has fully staffed ED and hospitalist programs. Hospital services : Medical center is a level II regional referral trauma center. It is a faith-based, not-for-profit community health care system.
