Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Location : Aurora, CO

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift & Pay : 1st Shift : Monday-Saturday, 4 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM (with Tuesday or Wednesday off) - $21.85 / hr

2nd Shift : Monday-Saturday, 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 30 PM (with potential to extend to 10 : 30 or 11 : 30 PM) - $23.35 / hr

Job Summary :

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling large consumer items, picking orders with speed and accuracy, and ensuring products are properly staged for delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move and organize inventory

Load and unload large items such as TVs and appliances, including manual handling when necessary

Accurately pick 20+ orders per hour while maintaining high efficiency

Stage products at the loading dock for outbound delivery

Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience operating a stand-up forklift

Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $23.35 / hr.
