Requirements :

• Onsite 4 days / wk minimum
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related degree field
• 3 years of experience in product development engineering
• At least 3 years of program management experience with an Automotive OEM
• Strong cross functional team management skills
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and prepare presentations for Director / VP level leadership
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, decision making and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Knowledge of powertrain systems, especially hybrid / electric drive systems
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
