Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Events & Promotions Representative will be responsible for execution of all events and promotions held at JACK ThistleDown Racino. Essential Functions include preparing promotion areas for promotions and events, executing promotions, assisting patrons participating in promotions, ensuring that promotions / event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, and promoting ClubJACK programs and card membership. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include excel and Microsoft office knowledge at an above proficient level, ability to work independently, and ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts. Education and Experience include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, previous experience in the hospitality, retail or casino industry, and ability to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.
