In this full-time role, you'll primarily work on the inpatient ward —a setting similar to med-surg care—while also having opportunities to float to other clinical areas as needed.

Shift Differentials That Add Up

We value your time—especially nights and weekends. In addition to your base salary, we offer generous shift differential pay :

Day Shift (6 AM – 6 PM) :

• $4.00 / hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts

Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM) :

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse at Montford, you'll support a wide range of patient needs in a med-surg-style ward while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include :

Utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to accurately document and communicate patient information.

Perform or assist with patient assessments, exams, and procedures , ensuring timely documentation of interventions.

Administer medications or assist with medication administration in accordance with protocols and proper documentation standards.

Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers , ensuring safe transitions and continuity of care.

Operate and maintain medical equipment and assist in preparing for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Qualifications

Current RN License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of nursing within 120 days of applying for a position.

Graduated from an accredited nursing program. New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) on the first attemp.

No experience required.
