Summary

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects and for delivering high-quality service in dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and employees involved in construction services.

Working Hours and Travel

This is a full-time position, working 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential for long hours, on-call work, and weekends. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight trips possible.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 per year, plus commissions based on project gross profit. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, training, uniforms, tools, company vehicle, and fuel card.
