(Approximately twenty hours per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide contractual services for one to three Intermediate Care Facilities working with adults with developmental disabilities.  The primary purpose of this position is to perform initial and annual assessments, make recommendation for a comprehensive recreation program for the individuals; maintain written, measurable training objectives for each individual, summarize individual progress on the objectives each month, attend interdisciplinary team meetings, provide in-service training to all support staff and provide recreation curriculum development.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

M1 : Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or in a specialty area such as art, dance, music or physical education

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

HOURLY RATE RANGE

$21.02 - $36.78
