Client Service Representative - 3x12 Weekend Shift (Full-Time)

The Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC-MN) is looking for dedicated Full-Time Weekend Client Service Representatives to add to our team. Role Title : Client Service Representative

Department : Services

Shift : Full-Time Weekend (36 hrs / week), 8am-8pm, Fri-Sun

Shift Differential : $4 / hr - $6 / hr on top of base hourly wage plus $2 weekend differential

The primary function of the Client Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent client service through passionate and professional handling of a variety of client interactions, as well as the daily operations related to the client's first impression of the organization. Additionally, the CSR is expected to promote professional growth through education and learning opportunities.
