Blazer Jobs is interviewing passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time school-based contracts in Arlington, TX for the 2025–2026 school year .

Position Overview

As an SLP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language needs across K–12 settings. You’ll also work closely with teachers, families, and special education staff to create individualized plans that help students thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide therapy services to students in school-based settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation per district and state guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Prior school-based experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Local Contract (W-2)

    $50–$58 per hour (based on experience)
