Staffing Sales Executive
Location : Peachtree Corners, GA
Compensation : Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure $30K base- 10% Commission on temp-20% Direct Hire.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and promoting ATL Search Group’s staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through inside and outside sales activities
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities through networking, events, and prospect outreach
- Research potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies
- Present ATL Search Group’s staffing services to prospective customers with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct service calls and client visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements and client service excellence
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach efforts to support business growth initiatives
- Handle client and associate concerns with professionalism and problem-solving efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales and cold-calling experience (staffing industry experience preferred)High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong background in sales, human resources, or customer service-related fieldsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online research toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-driven, organized, and able to work independently or collaborativelyReliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites as neededPositive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and passion for helping businesses succeedWhat We Offer
