Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in effectively managing the apartment community. In the Community Manager's absence, assume all responsibilities associated with achieving property objectives.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
• Be knowledgeable of all leasing phases and resident retention strategies.
• Maintain positive customer relations; greet prospective clients, show community, and perform leasing duties as needed.
• Be self-motivated with high energy and a commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task environment. Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend hours required on a rotating basis.
