job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide pre-surgical care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and patient education. Evaluate care needs, manage diagnostics, and secure clearances. Communicate the care plan clearly to the ASC team. Current RN state license . CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following critical care areas : Operating Room (OR), Recovery Room, Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ), Emergency Room ( ER ) A-Team Attitude : Must be calm , flexible , and thrive under high-stress situations . Great communication skills are essential for collaborating with surgeons and colleagues. Physician-owned ASC that operates like a "family" — quality care is the mission! Parking is easily accessible. The goal is to get you up and running quickly : 2-4 weeks of training provided. Paid Sick Time Offered (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances; WA - 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked) Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix Offers 6 different health plans : 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.
