We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC Microbiology Manager to lead our quality control microbiology operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage laboratory operations, and drive continuous improvement in microbiological testing processes.

What You'll Do :

🧫 Manage a team of analysts conducting cGMP microbiology testing for lot release and stability

🔍 Oversee microbial testing at both internal and contract testing laboratories

🧪 Lead the technical transfer, qualification, and validation of microbiological methods

🌱 Manage and maintain the site environmental monitoring (EM) program, including timely trend reporting

📝 Author, review, and approve SOPs, protocols, test methods, reports, and specifications

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with external partners and CMOs

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related discipline

✅ 8+ years of experience in QC within the biopharmaceutical industry

✅ Prior experience managing teams or leading lab operations

✅ Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and microbiology testing methods

✅ Experience with environmental monitoring programs and method validation

✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
