Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

Drive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals

Lead implementation of financial technology solutions

Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for system modernization

Oversee disaster recovery and security protocols

Financial Systems Management :

Direct EPM and Oracle SaaS implementations

Ensure system integration and data integrity

Lead financial application modernization initiatives

Optimize system performance and reliability

Team & Project Leadership :

Build and mentor high-performing technical teams

Manage project portfolios and resource allocation

Establish technical standards and best practices

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Budget & Operations :

Develop and manage departmental budgets

Optimize operational costs and efficiency

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Monitor and report on key performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

8+ years of IT experience with focus on financial systems

Proven experience with EPM / Oracle SaaS implementations

PMP Certification

Strong track record in technology leadership

Excellence in stakeholder management
