Pay Information

$275 to $320 per hour

About The Position

Join a supportive Emergency Medicine team in Pennsylvania with flexible scheduling. This is a great opportunity for physicians looking to supplement their schedule with a long-term locums assignment.

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient emergency department
  • Average annual volume ~19,000
  • Average volume per 24 hours : ~51 patients
  • Work alongside experienced APPs and sign off on APP cases

    • Schedule

  • Day shifts only - 7a-7p
  • Ongoing assignment
  • Block scheduling options possible

    • Procedures and Cases

  • Mix of pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases
  • Includes trauma and emergent care
  • Common procedures : intubation, chest tubes, central lines, reductions, aspirations, laceration repair, and I&D

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Emergency Medicine
  • Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC (LOQ) required
  • Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS
  • Minimum 24 months of EM experience
