Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Specialist responsible for customer outreach and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs and generate referrals / revenue through outreach

Provide excellent customer service and address issues with customers, providers, and vendors

Understand business workflows and execute cross capture of products to maximize revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 2 to 5 years of related experience and / or training

Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
