Field Recruiter (Outside Sales)

A new local delivery program is launching in your area, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help grow its footprint. As a Field Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and onboarding local businesses to become delivery partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for someone with a passion for community engagement, sales, and business development.

Location : Greater Saint Paul, MN (Travel up to 2 hours from home base)

Job Type : 9 Month Contract (extension up to 2 years) | Commission Eligible

Responsibilities :

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses in targeted towns (within a 2-hour driving radius)
• Present and pitch the delivery program opportunity to prospective partners
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process
• Track leads and manage pipeline activity using Salesforce
• Support planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)
• Collaborate with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups
• Import and manage lead data via Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00 / hr.
