Overview
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory. Requires close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills. A Stockroom Lead checks for shipment accuracy, stocks or restocks items in the warehouse. Compiles supply kits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading, unpacking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse or stockroom
- Replenish stock and remove defective or expired items
- Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention efforts
- Prepare overstock or defective items for return shipment
- Follow safety procedures, especially when lifting or moving heavy items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
