Warehouse Associate - Returns
Job Responsibilities
- Unpackaging returns and problem solving based on the items that have been returned
- Entering received products into the computer system
- Corresponding internally with customer service agents to diagnose issues and find resolutions
- Using computers on a near-constant basis
