Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
1–2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)BilingualHospitality degree requiredServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)Open availability—days, nights, weekendsStrong leadership and communication skillsOversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfactionLead and motivate your team while maintaining a positive, accountable cultureManage inventory, food and labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standardsBuild strong relationships with your team, guests, and vendorsCoach and develop your staff to perform at their bestRestaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
