The Opportunity / Job Description :
In this role, you will be responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include the design, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects & installations.
As the Construction / Installations Manager, you will travel extensively throughout the lower 48 states and collaborate closely with various partners to ensure smooth project execution. Utilizing your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline and budget and that inventory is maintained to support the successful completion of projects & installations.
Your expertise in project management will be crucial in coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful installation projects.

Responsibilities :
Travel to new locations to perform a site visit and work with the practice to obtain plans and / or field verify proposed locations to ensure that our equipment will be able to be placed on-siteAssist in the creation of room plan drawings and Construction Packets for new locationsReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all on-site construction to monitor compliance with building, planning and safety regulationsCoordinate and direct subcontractorsOversee and direct construction projects from conception and design to completion occasionally providing additional installation support on-siteManage ordering, packing / shipping logistics for all equipment and supplies associated with each installation, while maintaining inventory and approving invoices for materials orderedSelect pertinent tools, materials and equipmentMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on a weekly basisPrepare internal and external reports / dashboards pertaining to job statusPlan ahead to prevent and resolve problems while managing and mitigating risksNegotiate terms of agreements, draft and review contracts and oversee the procurement of permitsEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesPerform all other duties as may be assignedEOE M / F / V / H
